150% LOW PRICE GUARANTEE
If you find a lower price, anywhere else on the Internet, on a new identical item, just show us the lower price at LightingandFanPros and we'll refund 150% of the difference. We will provide you a refund for the price difference plus 50% of that difference.
For example, if we are selling a product for $200 and you find it elsewhere for $180, we would owe you $30 (or the difference, which is $20 + 50% of difference = $10 for a total of $30 back to you). Proof of the total purchase price MUST be presented to LightingandFanPros. Proof can be in the form of a screen shot of the final screen or a fax of the final screen. The screen shot must clearly identify the total purchase price including shipping and handling charges. You must contact us prior at 1-866-449-5225 for a Price Protection Authorization. Submission must clearly show final purchase price, date, and URL link. Faxes/emails without Price Protection Authorization or unsolicited faxes/emails will not be considered. Incomplete proof of submission will not be considered. The following conditions must be met in order to claim this promotion:
- Items must be in-stock and available for purchase at that price from a company located in the U.S. who is authorized by the manufacturer to sell the product.
- The item must be identical. For example, it must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty. It must also have the same model number and contain the same components.
- All applicable shipping and handling charges are included with your Life Time Price Protection. Proof of the other company's shipping and handling charges MUST be supplied on the competitor’s site. We will not call and confirm shipping and handling charges.
- One Price Protection Authorization per invoice.
- Some manufactures have UMRP (Unilateral Minimum Resale Price) or other pricing policies that dealers must adhere to in order to maintain status as a dealer. We cannot break these guidelines
